Insurance, payment and the Southridge Dental Discount Program
Southridge Dental Care accepts most major insurance. Jane and the front desk file the claim and can tell you what a visit is likely to cost before you sit down in the chair.
Patients who don’t have dental insurance have another option: the Southridge Dental Discount Program, our own in-house membership plan. It isn’t insurance, and it’s explained in full below, alongside everything we treat.
Ways to pay
- Insurance. Most major insurance accepted.
- Cards, cash and checks. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash and check.
- CareCredit.Accepted for patients who’d rather finance treatment over time.

Not insurance
The Southridge Dental Discount Program
This is an in-house membership plan, not insurance, for patients who don’t have dental coverage. There are no claims to file. The discount applies the moment you join, up to 41% off standard fees.
Individual
$125/year
One person, up to 41% off standard fees, active the day you enroll.
Family
$175/year
Covers a spouse and any dependent children under 18 in the same household, all on one membership.

Every member is on the same fee schedule. The size of the discount depends on the kind of care, from a routine cleaning up to a dental implant.

- Fillings, crowns, root canal therapy and periodontal scaling and root planing.

Procedures priced at the member rate
These are the procedures named on the fee schedule. It isn’t the full list, so ask the front desk for a quote on anything you don’t see here.
- Preventive cleaning
- Periodontal cleaning
- Periodic exam with cleaning
- Routine bitewings
- Comprehensive exam and full-mouth x-rays
- Problem-focused exam (1 x-ray)
- Scaling and root planing, per quadrant
- Porcelain-fused-to-metal crown
- Molar root canal
- Complete denture
- Dental implant with cone beam x-ray
- Surgical non-impacted extraction
How the program works
- No waiting periods, no deductibles, no copays and no annual maximum.
- It isn’t insurance and can’t be combined with insurance or any other discount plan.
- Enroll by phone or at your first visit. There’s no online signup.
- If a membership lapses, renewing it costs a $25 reactivation fee for an individual or $50 for a family.
Discounts apply only with Southridge Dental providers and are based on the Diversified Network fee schedule. Fees are subject to change without notice. The program cannot be combined with insurance or any other discount plan.
