Yes, we accept most major insurance. We also take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash and checks.
Yes, CareCredit is accepted.
The Southridge Dental Discount Program is our in-house membership plan: $125 a year for an individual or $175 a year for a family, with up to 41% off standard fees, no waiting period, no deductible and no annual maximum. It is not insurance and cannot be combined with insurance. Enroll by phone or at your first visit.
Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed Friday through Sunday.

Call the office for same-day and emergency dental care. Tell the front desk what happened and they will tell you how soon Dr. Martinez can see you.
